Based in the Northern Neck of Virginia, Octavia Walker (b. 2001) is a conceptual artist who leverages their BFA training from Virginia State University. Their diverse body of work explores impactful subjects, including neurodiversity, chronic illness, culture, world-building, and storytelling.
